She came across very well and we are lucky to have her. Things may change but the role she played in helping turn the club around off the pitch should not be belittled.

She's really quite an amazing person, we've been unbelievably lucky to have the lady involved with our club, you do forget the new stadium wasn't necessarily going to be ours.

She is a bit too heavy on the championing women in the workplace for me. Not that I mind women having key roles but there are also blokes who are just as capable. Do men under the age of say 35 really still have a problem these days in working for women?
It's clear she is very good as what she does and she has been instrumental in turning round West Ham without wasting large sums of money. She is very hands on and meticulous.
The fact that she seems to foster a culture of everyone being in it together and valuing everyones role in the club can only be a good thing for the club.
She lied about the flying pan though.

She's done very, very well for West Ham. People can slag her off as much as they like (for what reason I don't know) but the bottom line is she has done huge things for this club. Even Gold doubted the OS would've got over the line without her. I struggle to see where the negativity comes from.
